Our Approach
KAMP currently serves 27 active mentees with guidance from 5 expert mentors across the Klang Valley. These mentors support participants in key areas such as product refinement, branding, pricing, and packaging, while instilling confidence and entrepreneurial discipline.
What sets KAMP apart is its market-driven focus, artisan products are sold in premium retail spaces such as Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion KL, and Merdeka 118, using a waqf-based sales contribution model. Every purchase supports the artisan and reinvests into the program, creating a sustainable social impact cycle.

Khadijah Artisans Mentoring Program
Empowering women entrepreneurs through craft, mentorship, and dignity
The Khadijah Artisans Mentoring Program (KAMP) is a structured, waqf-supported initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs; particularly those from B40 and asnaf backgrounds, through tailored mentorship, capacity building, and access to premium markets.
At its core, KAMP is more than just skill training. It is a comprehensive ecosystem of support, designed to walk alongside women as they transition from informal artisans to confident businesswomen. The program combines hands-on guidance with exposure to real retail environments, enabling participants to grow both personally and professionally.
With partnerships including Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS), The Artisans Digital Mall, Teraju Ekonomi Asnaf Selangor (TERAS), Laman Wanita (LAWA), and Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, KAMP connects mentees with a network of support that extends far beyond a classroom.
Why It Matters
When women thrive economically, entire communities benefit. KAMP helps transform quiet talent into visible empowerment. It offers dignity, not dependency — and builds a future where women can support their families, preserve cultural heritage, and build lasting legacies.
