Nuramalina Samar is an experienced General Manager and governance professional with a strong track record in organisational development, strategic planning, and social impact leadership. With expertise spanning governance, sustainability, project management, and organisational psychology, she has successfully led community development initiatives, governance assessments, stakeholder engagement programmes, and multi-sector partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.
 

Holding a Master of Science in Psychology, Nuramalina combines academic rigour with practical leadership experience across the nonprofit, consulting, and philanthropy sectors. Her achievements include implementing governance and performance frameworks, supporting ISO certification initiatives, contributing to ESG and risk management projects, and publishing research on charity governance and organisational wellbeing. She is recognised for her ability to align people, strategy, and governance to strengthen organisational performance and create lasting social impact.
