Program Perancangan Kewangan Islam (PEWANGI) – Politeknik Banting
The Program Perancangan Kewangan Islam (PEWANGI) was successfully held at Politeknik Banting on 23 August 2025. The program introduced participants to the fundamentals of Islamic-based financial planning, using the Dome of Needs as a guide and the concept of wealth management as its core framework.

The workshop was delivered by Puan Suzana Hj Ali together with Hajah Rohani Datuk Hj Mohd Shahir, who shared knowledge, experience, and practical guidance on personal financial management based on shariah principles.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in several interactive sessions, covering cash flow management, financial health diagnosis, short-, medium- and long-term financial goal setting, and retirement strategies using investment instruments. They also took part in the Muamalat Interactive Game (MIG), a simulation that provided hands-on experience in making financial decisions in an interactive and enjoyable way.
The program received strong support from its strategic partner and sponsor, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, reflecting their commitment to strengthening Islamic financial literacy among the community, especially students.

The PEWANGI session at Politeknik Banting marks the fifth edition organised by Khadijah International Waqf (L) Foundation, proudly sponsored by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad. Previously, PEWANGI had been successfully conducted at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, and Universiti Selangor (UNISEL).
